All CourtSmart IT service and installation technicians are responsible for training and the overall satisfaction of the customer. System installation consists of servers, software, networking, a control room where applicable, and workstations. CourtSmart IT staff install and maintain all system software, RAID controllers, servers and other hardware and software supplied by CourtSmart.
Training is a key component to the total success of an installation. CourtSmart provides on-site training for all installations. Training schedules are coordinated to meet the needs of the customer. CourtSmart does not limit training to a specific period of time but will remain with the customer as long as it takes to ensure the customer is comfortable with the operation of the system. There are different curricula for judges, clerks, system operators, supervisors, and others who will use the system.
Training does not stop after installation. CourtSmart support staff are available to help with the on-going operation of your system.
