CourtSmart User Functions
The powerful CourtSmart interface is simple to use and navigate. All of CourtSmart's interfaces comply with Microsoft's Windows rules and so for any user familiar with Windows based programs the use of CourtSmart is a breeze.
CourtSmart functionality is totally integrated into one interface that a user can quickly navigate. There is only one open "window" and from this window any function can be accessed. The CourtSmart user system is completely secured and, through the user profiles, an authorized user can only perform the functions that have been authorized in the locations that have been authorized.
The major functions of the client application include recording, note taking or tagging by one or more parties, searching the database, playback, transcribing, duplication to CD or DVD, sealing or securing a session or part of a session, and security administration. CourtSmart does not license its software by functions but allows you the client to determine who can do what through the Administration functions described in the following section.
