Training is a key area to the total success of an installation. CourtSmart provides on-site training for all installations. Training schedules are in accord with what you our customers deem in your best interests. CourtSmart does not limit training to a specific period of time but will remain with you as long as it takes to make you comfortable with the operation of the system. There are different curriculum for various functions such as clerks, judges, system operators, supervisors and others that will be interfacing and using the system.
But training does not stop with the installation. Our support telephone staff is available to help with the on-going operation of your system as required.
