SYSTEM SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Installation and customer support of hardware and software at customer
locations and Headquarters.
- Configuring servers and workstations for our systems including network
and database.
- Training technical and non-technical end-users.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Testing new software releases.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Experience in complex system installations to end-users including
training.
- Knowledge and experience in Windows 2000/2003 Server, SQL, Networking.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to manage a project.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Some knowledge of audio/video signal flow a plus.
- Good judgment and problem solving skills.
