SYSTEM SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Installation and customer support of hardware and software at customer locations and Headquarters.
  • Configuring servers and workstations for our systems including network and database.
  • Training technical and non-technical end-users.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Testing new software releases.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Experience in complex system installations to end-users including training.
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows 2000/2003 Server, SQL, Networking.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to manage a project.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Some knowledge of audio/video signal flow a plus.
  • Good judgment and problem solving skills.
