CourtSmart through its unique technology and structure maintains its software through Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections with our sites. From these VPN connections, CourtSmart support technicians can provide new software releases and apply fixes to any problems that may be encountered. This means that there is virtually no response time lag form the time a service call is placed until a technician can see your problem first hand.
CourtSmart maintains a toll free support line for normal support issues that is manned from 7:30AM - 7:00PM Eastern Time. These times may be adjusted in the future if our analysis indicates that additional hours are warranted. After hours there is a pager number for emergencies and a support technician is available to handle these calls after hours. All telephone support is handled in our support center at corporate headquarters. We do not outsource our support.
