On-Site Support
System hardware support is provided on-site through our hardware partners such as DELL. CourtSmart support technicians are certified as DELL level 1 support and work closely with DELL service representatives on-site. Occasionally the need may arise for a CourtSmart Support engineer to go on site. When this is required, the proper support is quickly dispatched from headquarters or the nearest support office.
