CourtSmart technology provides a managed solution for automated digital recording. This technology provides integration with other ODBC compliant systems such as case management, fully automatic recording, an automated support center that can detect system failure as it occurs and can repair the problems on line through VPN connection and notify court personnel of the problem. CourtSmart systems do not require IT staff support and all maintenance and support is managed through our world support center.
