CourtSmart Security
Security is controlled through the CourtSmart interface and the user profiles that are managed by CourtSmart. User profiles control the individual access to the system and monitors the functions and locations that a user is permitted. The same security allows the sealing of individual cases or portions of a case and prohibits access by those who have not been granted security level access for these matters.
CourtSmart utilizes fully secured access through user profiles and secured passwords. Certain recordings can easily be "SEALED" through secure system procedures to assure that only those with a "need to know" can access these files. CourtSmart recordings are encrypted and network secured using the latest technology.
