System Installation

All CourtSmart staff are trained in the overall function of the system. All service and installation technicians are responsible for training and the overall satisfaction of the customer. System installation consists of servers, software, networking, control room where applicable, and workstations. All system software and RAID controllers are installed by the CourtSmart IT staff and all servers and other hardware supplied by CourtSmart is maintained by our staff. We have a managed solution.
