CourtSmart is proud to state that the corporation was named to INC. Magazine's prestigious list of fastest growing corporations in America. For 2003, CourtSmart was ranked number 160 for all privately held corporations on INC Magazine's list. Again in 2004 and 2007, CourtSmart was named to this prestigious list of successful American companies.

CourtSmart has been successfully installed for over eight years in courts of various jurisdictions with more centralized recording installations than all other systems of its type combined. This represents many courtrooms currently using CourtSmart digital systems as the only means for making the record. CourtSmart is the only centralized, database driven courtroom digital recording system that is completely developed and supported in the United States. Our corporate headquarters near Boston provides complete support service. All support, product development, and engineering is located in the United States. CourtSmart is proud to claim its first major installation in the European community with the successful installation of the Belgian Senate. CourtSmart was selected as the only worldwide vendor that could provide the technology and level of support that was required by Belgium. The Senate transcribes proceedings as the recording is captured distributing pre-cut segments to 50 transcribers in multiple languages. Both French and Dutch transcripts are organized in multiple versions for revision and summary purposes by CourtSmart software.
