ODBC Compliance

CourtSmart technology utilizes Open DataBase Connectivity (ODBC) compliant database systems. CourtSmart is usually implemented using SQL. We can also implement the technology with other database engines such as ORACLE. CourtSmart's powerful search engine provides boolean search arguments that can locate specific information form multiple servers attached to a LAN or WAN quickly or efficiently. In order to manage the work flow of thousands of sessions this data management approach makes storing and retrieving information a fast and simple process for users. All databases are automatically backed up to a series of locations for security.

The database automatically captures a great deal of information about the system and who uses the system. Much of this information can be printed out in reports that can be customized by the user. This reporting function is a powerful tool for managing and controlling each venue.
