Chief Judge David Phares selected CourtSmart for Gilbert's new seven courtroom judicial center. CourtSmart also installed all the sound systems in this beautiful facility. The courtrooms are being centrally recorded on CourtSmart servers but the system is operated from the courtrooms by the clerks and judges. An interesting aside is that Judge Phares found CourtSmart's messaging system, CourtChat so valuable that he installed that on every computer in his courthouse and uses the system to communicate among his staff and judges.
