CourtSmart Support

CourtSmart engineers, installs, and supports all products that it sells. CourtSmart does not rely upon distributors or third parties for sales or support activities. Our staff consists of:

1. Software Engineers
2. Hardware engineers
3. Audio/Video Engineers
4. Application Support Technicians
5. Audio/Video Technicians
6. Sales
7. Management and Administration

It is the policy of CourtSmart to locate satellite offices in areas that warrant a more local coverage based upon a critical number of customers. A CourtSmart support technician is assigned as the primary contact for each account. This person directs the proper resources to ensure coverage regardless of the problem. CourtSmart does NOT outsource any support issues. They are handled in house by the staff that develops and installs our products.
